Ethical Rainmaker Consulting is a small collective led by Michelle Shireen Muri, a visionary leader in the third sector and co-founder of Community-Centric Fundraising (CCF). With over 20 years of experience, Michelle partners with a diverse collective of consultants—primarily women of color—who bring values-aligned practices to organizations ready for growth. Our work spans fundraising strategy, organizational development, assessment, coaching and values alignment, all rooted in principles of equity, authenticity, community, and abundance.

We serve movements of liberation for communities of color, working within both nonprofit and philanthropy spaces. Our clients, including the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Decolonizing Wealth Project, and philanthropic foundations including iF, a foundation for radical possibility, Northwest Health Foundation, Snohomish County Community Foundation, Santa Rosa Junior College Foundation and others, are committed to transformative change.
